Here’s the challenge: Take this test, like tonight.

But, take some time beforehand to get quiet, (pray if you want to) and reflect on the past few years. Think of the distance between who you are and who you want to be. Think of who you “used” to be. Take this in total honesty. Once you’ve taken the test, Google the crap out of your four-letter diagnosis and read everything the internet has to say.

Tomorrow, I’ll post my results and what they’ve meant to me over the past few years. This will be fun.

  1. Sounds like a plan. This is going to be my blog-topic tomorrow. I’ll take it after classes.

  2. I can’t wait to see what everyone is. I had to take this in school and it pretty much pinned me down perfectly. Looking forward to seeing your results tomorrow too!

    Oh, and I’m an ENFTP.

    I have a tie between F and T.

  3. ENFJ-Teacher. I am certain the last 5 years have made me more of a teacher than ever before. Through my wife and kids i have greatly learned to be more concerned of others than myself. I think if I would have taken this 5 years ago I would be: DICK. Way self-consumed. Thank you God for transforming me.

  4. i got ENFJ which after reading quite a bit on it, it pretty much sums me up well and it also kinda sums up how ideally i would like to be also especially on one of the sites i looked up. makes me feel more inspired to go and try to be in the missions type field because its what my natural desire is to go for and be good at too.

  5. INTJ…

    How interesting.
On the dot because I’ve read it and associated myself to the description?
Or on the dot because the description is associated to me?

  6. my husband and i took the test last night and it nailed us down dead on.
i’m a: ENFJ (guess thats pretty common on here but i read that only about 2% of people are enfj on a site)
he’s a: INTJ (through and through)

  7. “Think of the distance between who you are and who you want to be.” One of the best lines I’ve read. Awesome.

  8. All of you are hackers.. ENFJ..

    ISFP

  9. ESFJ.

All of college I was an ENFJ. Interesting how some things change. :)

  10. ENFJ’s are supposed to be, like, only 2% of the population. Apparently, we have ALL now commented on your blog.

    XD

  11. I’m an ENFP/ESFP.

    • Interesting, I’ve usually seen the S/N to be pretty dominant functions. I vacillate between E/I and even F/T, but never the N/S.

What qualities do you have that border on Intuition and Sensing?

  12. ENFJ hahaha.

My strongest trait was intuitive. I found this test pretty accurate.
    Love the blog dude.

Got a good chuckle out of the “punching steel” bit.

  13. [...] wrote last night about the Myers-Briggs personality test, and my (and seemingly all of my blogging friends) results –ENFJ. Which means our test answers expressed us as: Extroverts, iNtuitive, Feeling, [...]

  14. I feel like I’m pretty intuitive when it comes to how people feel. I usually can sense what someone is thinking…either about me, or towards others/themselves or whatever situation they might be in.

There are many situations that I can NEVER know how people feel. But I do know that people react in different ways and that all situations can be overcome. I can sense when people’s moods and TRUE feelings despite the masks we all put on.

The job that it suggested for me was far from what I think is me though. I don’t know how good of a teacher I’d be. Unless it’s something I’m truly passionate about, I’m not good at bringing my deepest thoughts and ideas out of my head in a clear, concise way.

I might be a good Kids Soccer Coach one day though haha.

  15. [...] between introvert and extrovert. As a part of November Blog Fest, Sean challenged each of us to take a Meyer’s Briggs test and share. I didn’t take the test. I was supposed to have taken [...]
